1. Return & Refund Eligibility

All orders are final sale.  Refunds are available for orders that are incorrect, damaged, or not delivered due to driver/company error.  Orders undeliverable due to inaccurate or incomplete address provided will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 24 Hours of receiving your order with proof of the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Perishable items that are correctly delivered and meet quality standards are non-refundable and not eligible for returns.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
