Our meals come in eco-friendly containers that keep the flavour and stop leaks during transit. These containers go into insulated cooler bags or temperature-controlled packaging with ice packs, which helps keep your food at safe temperatures during delivery.

We have a system to triple check orders prior to delivery. Each order is verified against your selection to make sure nothing is missed. We clearly label meals, so it’s easy to store them based on your schedule.

For longer delivery routes, we take extra cooling measures to make sure your meals stay fresh on arrival. When your meals are delivered, we recommend refrigerating them right away to preserve their quality. Some meals may tolerate freezing without compromising quality - as if it was made fresh!
